- Qualifications required to meet ADEK requirements for an Early Education (EE) Director role, including a recognised degree and either an Early Childhood Leadership qualification (such as CACHE Level 5)
- Experience leading teams and supporting staff development
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Experience working with ADEK inspections, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement processes
- Bachelor's degree (Required)

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:
