- Lead and supervise a team of field and senior field engineers for installation projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for integration of engineering activities
- Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Develop innovative engineering solutions aligned with project specifications and regulations
- Oversee design and optimization of engineering systems for feasibility, efficiency, and safety
- Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations to enhance performance and mitigate risks
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships as primary technical point of contact
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, communicating them to the project team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- 10 to 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors or consultant
- Proven experience in the EPCI industry, with a focus on engineering functions
- Experience in offshore projects highly valued
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
