- Lead and supervise a team of field and senior field engineers to ensure effective and timely execution of installation projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with procurement, construction, and installation phases
- Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control
- Develop innovative engineering solutions that align with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards
- Oversee the design and optimization of engineering systems, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and safety
- Conduct thorough technical reviews and provide recommendations to enhance project performance and mitigate risks
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide technical expertise
- Proactively identify potential challenges or opportunities and communicate them to the project team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 to 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors or consultant
- Proven experience in the EPCI industry, with a focus on engineering functions
- Experience in offshore projects
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in utilizing relevant engineering tools, software, and industry standard methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
