Qualifications

• Demonstrate extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects as a principal level contributor with eleven to thirteen years of hands on work across large scale environments
• Show proven expertise in agentic artificial intelligence frameworks to design goal driven automation agents that safely perform infrastructure and operations tasks with minimal human oversight
• Exhibit strong proficiency in AI operations tooling and concepts including anomaly detection event correlation and automated remediation workflows that enhance operational resilience
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to craft reliable and context aware instructions that guide generative artificial intelligence components used within infrastructure and operations processes
• Possess deep knowledge of generative artificial intelligence platforms and their integration patterns with automation observability and knowledge management systems across hybrid environments
• Maintain solid experience as a Splunk administrator including design of data onboarding strategies index and role configuration search optimization and dashboard development for production scale systems
• Demonstrate practical site reliability engineering expertise including incident response post incident review practices capacity planning and reliability focused design for internet scale platforms
• Utilize strong skills with Grafana to design multi datasource dashboards configure alerts and align visualization strategies with key reliability indicators and performance metrics
• Bring hands on background with hybrid work models and rotational shifts while maintaining high collaboration standards through remote ready practices and effective written communication
• Display strong problem solving abilities with focus on root cause analysis systematic experimentation and metrics driven decision making to drive measurable improvements in stability and performance
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders while building consensus around observability and reliability priorities aligned to business outcomes
