Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM transformation initiatives, define solution architecture, and drive platform strategy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and engineering organizations.
Location and Work Mode
- The role is based in Hyderabad and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Define and manage the ITOM product roadmap and platform strategy.
- Design scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, and Orchestration and Automation.
- Drive CSDM adoption and governance across enterprise services and applications.
- Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy.
- Gather requirements, conduct business analysis, and run stakeholder workshops.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional solution designs.
- Define CMDB data models, governance processes, and service mapping strategies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams on integrations and onboarding.
- Provide ITOM consulting, thought leadership, platform optimization, delivery coordination, estimation support, proposals, and architecture reviews.
