Principal Engineer - Validation lead, ISO17025, Environment/EMC/E&E Testing

12 + years Experience in Environmental, EMC, and Electrical testing within Automotive

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.

Familiar with ISO 17025 labs and supplier management

Knowledge of automotive electronics systems

Understanding of CAN, Ethernet, or similar protocols

Advanced programming knowledge and experience (e.g., Python, C/C++, LabVIEW)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good project management and communication skills

Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of automotive quality tools and processes, including PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and APQP.

Proficiency in structured problem-solving and analytical methodologies.

Good understanding of product reliability engineering and design simulation tools.

Hands-on experience with automotive test equipment (e.g., data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.).

Experience working in global and cross-cultural teams.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and continuous improvement tools.

Established connections with external organizations within automotive or quality domains is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard engineering productivity tools.

Very fluent of English in both written and oral.

Willingness to travel domestic up to 40%.
