Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience with automotive test equipment (e.g., data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
Experience working in global and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and continuous improvement tools.
Established connections with external organizations within automotive or quality domains is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard engineering productivity tools.
Very fluent of English in both written and oral.
Willingness to travel domestic up to 40%.
Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
