WSP is seeking a Principal Engineer – Structures to play a key role in delivering complex multi-disciplinary project delivery, from concept stage through to detailed design.
The role is responsible for owning and delivering significant structural design scopes, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring robust, coordinated, and high-quality design solutions.
The Principal Engineer will lead on technical decision-making, manage interfaces across disciplines, and support the successful delivery of projects to programme, budget, and quality requirements.
This position demands strong engineering judgement, the ability to manage complexity, and a commitment to excellence in design and delivery.
