We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Microsoft 365 and Productivity Engineering Lead who will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating the migration of an organization's data, applications, and identities from cross-tenant and legacy systems to the Microsoft 365 cloud platform.
The engineer will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft Support to ensure a smooth and successful migration process.
This role is also responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions for the organization.
Additional focus areas include improving operational efficiency and user experience, optimizing and enhancing security, and applying technical expertise to drive process design and automation in support of continuous delivery.

Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and administrators on Microsoft 365 features and functionalities.

Manage enterprise AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing and access controls, secure deployment, data governance, agent lifecycle management, and ongoing support in alignment with organizational security, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
Communicating status to stakeholders and managing technical and business escalations through timely resolution.
Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the desktop management space, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Suites, Microsoft Directory services, and data migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and features, as well as the migration tools and methods.
Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Identity Management concepts
Experience with Azure AD roles and Conditional Access policies, MFA, and related administration skills
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Exchange online, SharePoint Online and Entra ID administration.
Certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Administrator is preferred.
Solid understanding of Intune MDM/MAM, On-Prem Active Directly, Group Policies concepts.
Knowledge of Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Security and Compliance and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze directory and M365 services logs and derive meaningful insights.
