The Opportunity In this role, you’ll have the chance to develop your capability in evaluating, planning, and overseeing mine‐related construction and assessment activities. You’ll gain broad exposure across geotechnical investigations, design support, project planning, and client engagement—building a strong foundation for your engineering career. What You’ll Do You’ll contribute to a wide variety of projects through activities such as: Field & Technical Work Conduct geotechnical desktop and field investigations Manage fieldwork operations while ensuring safety and collecting high‐quality data Undertake site‐based QA/QC activities and monitor construction activities Design, Reporting & Project Support Prepare technical deliverables, specifications, and proposals under supervision Assist in project planning and coordination with clients and contractors Apply engineering methods to solve real‐world challenges Professional Growth & Collaboration Participate in mentoring programs and company development initiatives Work closely with engineers across the wider WSP business Contribute to improved client satisfaction and project outcomes
