Role Overview
Lead electrical and power systems engineering for mission-critical hyperscale and colocation data centre projects.
Own the full lifecycle from power architecture and utility strategy through detailed design, construction support, commissioning, and validation.
Serve as the regional power systems authority for data centre projects involving 10–100 MW IT loads and high-density AI racks.
Client Engagement and Leadership
- Act as the primary electrical and power systems contact for clients, utilities, senior engineering teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Lead design reviews, system architecture presentations, bid discussions, proposals, RFP responses, and technical presentations.
- Mentor engineers, lead the DC Electrical team, establish regional design standards, and drive quality and risk management.
Electrical Design
- Own MV/LV distribution, AIS/GIS substations, centralized and modular UPS, continuous-rated generators, busbar trunking, earthing, lightning protection, and rack-level power delivery.
- Design high-density AI power environments with 40–100+ kW racks, rack-level busway, 48V DC readiness, and CDU electrical interfaces.
