Principal Electrical Engineer

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, such as a BSc or BEng, or an equivalent qualification.
• Significant MEP electrical design consultancy experience on complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing electrical project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of international and regional electrical standards, codes, and regulations.
• Client relationship management and strategic technical leadership capability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and recognised electrical design software platforms.
• Commercial awareness of project budgets, programme delivery, and change management.
• Chartered Engineer status or recognised professional membership is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Collaborative approach with ownership, continuous improvement, and team support.

• The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
