Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and being of the OIQ;
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of medium-voltage electrical systems;
Significant experience in the design of collector systems for wind energy projects;
Strong understanding of wind farm design principles, including performance, reliability, constructability, and maintainability;
Familiarity with wind energy design practices in Canada and internationally;
Good knowledge of applicable standards and codes, including CSA, IEC, IEEE, and local utility requirements;
Strong technical leadership and ability to make critical engineering decisions;
Excellent communication, multidisciplinary coordination, and teamwork skills;
Detail-oriented, autonomous, and practical in project engineering execution;
Strong proficiency in French (working language) and good verbal and written communication skills in English*.
* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
