Lead and support Government and industry teams through technical planning, design reviews, test reviews, and technical assessments.
Develop and deliver technical briefings to a wide range of audiences, including senior technical and leadership stakeholders.
Collaborate with U.S. Government and industry partner organizations to support joint mission capability development.
Promote efficiency, agility, and traceability in fast-paced engineering environments.
Lead integration of new, legacy, and GOTs hardware and software.
Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of systems compatible with defined system architectures.
Support the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
Develop the methods, processes, and evaluation criteria by which the systems, subsystems, and work products are verified against their requirements.

Minimum 8+ years of industry or government experience demonstrating and practicing knowledge, skills, and abilities in Electrical Engineering.
Experience working with a mix of core electrical engineering fundamentals, to include:
Analog and digital circuit design
Component selection and derating
Signal integrity and EMI/EMC awareness
Power systems
Embedded systems
Avionics integration
Sensors and payloads
RF and communications
Testing, evaluating, and reporting to include hardware-in-the-loop, developmental test, and operational test
Proven experience in aviation system design, development, integration, and test.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing technical content to senior leadership.
Strong customer service skills; being able to work with personnel across multiple disciplines and organizations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to work well in a cross-disciplinary team with other engineers and military operators.
Ability to apply expert knowledge and proactively work independently.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, “tip of the spear” environment.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to evolving mission and technical requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Experience with open architecture frameworks and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
Experience with communication, datalink, sensor, radio frequency, electronic warfare, and sUAS technologies.
Integration of weapons systems, sensor, and C2 capabilities, including cross-platform interoperability.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, desired.
US Citizenship.
Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SAP and SCI eligibility.
