Job Overview

Document Management Responsibilities

• Develop document management execution plans and work instructions aligned with client requirements and company standards.
• Set up and manage project EDMS platforms, document registers, reporting, technical information flow, and document status tracking.
• Manage staffing plans and budgets and advise project management on document management issues and interface requirements.
• Supervise document management personnel and provide training on EDMS procedures and systems, including Unifi.
• Support process improvement, audits, project status reporting, handover, turnover, archiving, and lessons learned.

Lead Document Management Scope

• When acting as Lead Document Controller, direct a small or medium document management team and coordinate discipline interfaces.
• Plan and direct assigned discipline execution, including scope, deliverables, schedule, workforce resources, progress, productivity, and corrective actions.
