Role Summary
Genpact is seeking a Data Science Lead to build and deliver scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
The role focuses on advanced RAG, LLM-based systems, end-to-end delivery, AI strategy, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.
Data Science and AI Development
- Perform exploratory data analysis and lead data understanding across structured and unstructured datasets.
- Apply statistical and mathematical foundations to solve complex business problems.
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Implement advanced RAG pipelines and optimize their performance, accuracy, and cost.
- Architect LLM-based solutions involving prompt design, chaining, tool integration, and prompt engineering.
- Integrate third-party and open-source models through LLM ecosystems and API architectures.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and continuously improved through performance feedback.
Leadership, Strategy, and Delivery
- Own AI solution delivery from problem definition through production deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap development.
