Qualifications
- Experience Requirements:
- Ten (10) plus years of experience in pharmacy analytics, pharmacy operations, healthcare analytics, business analysis, data analysis, client support, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting pharmacy clients, pharmacy leaders, pharmacists, clinicians, or healthcare operations teams.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, processes, performance measures, and operational challenges.
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions, performance-improvement initiatives, reporting projects, or quantitative analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full analytics delivery lifecycle, including business and clinical understanding, requirements documentation, data analysis, testing, deployment, training, and end-user support.
- Ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy stakeholders and translate between business needs and technical requirements.
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A PharmD, master’s degree, pharmacy informatics experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
