Job Description
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software for an Access Governance platform spanning backend services, APIs, databases, workflows, integrations, and cloud applications.
Build scalable software for large volumes of identity, access, and governance data while improving performance, reliability, and secure customer-data handling.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services supporting APIs, data processing, orchestration, storage, authorization, and system integrations.
- Build highly available and fault-tolerant services with safe upgrades, rollbacks, failover, and zero-downtime maintenance.
- Improve performance through database optimization, efficient data pipelines, monitoring, metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Work with customers and customer-facing teams to identify usage issues and improve reliability, usability, and customer experience.
- Implement encryption, access controls, authorization, tenant isolation, and other secure software design practices.
- Collaborate across product, architecture, security, operations, and engineering teams to execute complex initiatives.
- Mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, improve engineering standards, and participate in candidate evaluations.
