About the Role
Winfo Solutions seeks an Oracle HCM Principal Consultant specializing in Talent Management and Learning. You will lead workshops, design solutions, and manage end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities
- Lead Workshops and Requirements Gathering: Conduct client workshops to understand and document complex absence policies, legal compliance requirements and business processes.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and test the Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Learn modules.
- Integration and Data Flow: Understand and manage the integration points between Oracle HCM Cloud modules and other external systems.
- Documentation and Training: Create high quality functional design documents, configuration workbooks, training materials, and end user documentation. Deliver training sessions to client administrators and end users.
- End to End Implementation: Lead or participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery and design to configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data migration, and post go live support (Hypercare).
- Advise the client on Oracle HCM leading practices for Talent management and learning modules and system adoption.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Oracle HCM Consulting experience
- At least 4 5 full lifecycle end to end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations focused on Talent Management and OLC
- Proven client facing experience, including running workshops, managing client expectations, and developing trusted relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, leadership, mentorship, team collaboration, and strong problem solving abilities
- Oracle Cloud Talent Management and OLC Certified Implementation Professional is added advantage (Optional)
