Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end 360-degree recruitment processes for senior management roles.
• Develop new business and foster key customer relationships.
• Headhunt talent for high-level vacancies.
• Consult with clients on executive hiring decisions and recruitment programs.
• Work independently and within a team while developing the niche sector as a business unit.
• Support and mentor new starters through occasional training sessions.
• Communicate and forecast the business pipeline to Directors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a 360-degree recruitment role across logistics and supply chain, medical and life science, or industrial sectors.
• A strong track record of building new client relationships and making senior-level placements.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred but not required.
• Driven, confident, positive, and resilient approach to work.
• Accountability for hitting targets and growing a niche market specialization.
