Manage and deliver target-setting and decarbonization projects, including technical analyses, client reports, and presentations that support strategic decision-making and deliver impactful outcomes.
Build and grow client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements.
Lead and support the development of proposals and competitive bids.
Demonstrate technical expertise, preferably including technology sector topics such as cloud computing, data centers, and AI-related impacts.
Contribute to the development of service offerings to address evolving market needs while sharing best practices across the team.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
Collaborate effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries.
Contribute to Anthesis' innovation and thought leadership in corporate climate action.
Provide technical expertise in science-based target modelling and the requirements of the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and other relevant frameworks
Lead complex target-setting and decarbonization planning projects, including Scope 3.
Develop value-creating decarbonization plans aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
Advise clients on translating decarbonization initiatives into long-term business value.
Apply sector expertise across one or more of the following industries: Technology, Food & Agriculture, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail & Apparel.

5+ years of professional experience in decarbonization, climate strategy, sustainability consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
Direct experience developing and modeling Science-Based Targets (SBTi).
Deep understanding of Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) guidance and requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in Scope 3 emissions assessment, modeling, and reduction strategies.
Experience designing and implementing corporate decarbonization strategies and roadmaps.
