Principal Business Program Manager

Lead complex business and operational programs supporting financial operations across CISO and MSR, including supplier contracting, internal cloud spend analysis, and financial hierarchies.

Tracks financial progress against budget and may manage complex budgets with significant negotiation.

Analyze financial and organizational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.

Identifies actions that can be taken to course-correct and drive performance improvement.

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operating procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Anticipates business challenges based on forecasts and larger organizational circumstances and develops plans accordingly.

Manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
