Essential Functions
Lead international business development efforts across priority markets, customers, and strategic accounts
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives
Develop capture strategies and support complex pursuits from early positioning through proposal and award
Build relationships with international customers, government stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
Support prime contractor bids, teaming strategies, and market entry plans
Coordinate across business development, engineering, contracts, finance, operations, and program teams
Provide market insight, competitive analysis, and growth recommendations to leadership
Ensure pursuits align with customer needs, business strategy, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills
Proven success shaping and winning complex business opportunities
Experience supporting or leading prime contractor pursuits
Knowledge of international markets, customer environments, and procurement processes
Familiarity with capture management, proposal development, and competitive strategy
Understanding of international contracting, export controls, and compliance requirements

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $176,000 - $271,000.
The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $126,500 - $235,500.
