Role Overview
Join the Monetisation and Brand Solutions team of a leading fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platform.
The Principal Associate – Demand role focuses on category monetisation, brand acquisition, advertising solutions, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monetisation targets for the assigned category.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of brands.
- Pitch and convert brands for advertising and brand solutions.
- Create media plans aligned with brand spending and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for end-to-end campaign execution.
- Track monthly targets and actuals and proactively address gaps.
- Conduct monthly reviews with key brand partners.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure revenue accrual and minimise revenue leakage.
Ideal Candidate
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
- 4–7 years of overall experience.
- At least 2 years of business development or sales experience in a digital company is mandatory.
- E-commerce experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and ownership-oriented approach.
