Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of architectural design experience with leadership responsibility
- Experience delivering Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial, or Complex Infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, fire/life safety standards, and design regulations
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- A fast growing international engineering and design consultancy is looking for an experienced Principal Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Data Centre and Mission Critical projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and delivery for Data Centre and Mission Critical projects.
- Manage projects from concept design through detailed design and construction.
