Role Overview
Own the Cloud and Identity domain within the Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering organization.
The domain includes Azure, AWS, identity and access management, hybrid identity, and Microsoft 365 platform services.
Operate as a senior individual contributor with hands-on technical depth, accountability for outcomes, and close collaboration with Platform Owners, Security, and Operations.
What You Will Do
- Own the Cloud and Identity platform domain, including its health, direction, scalability, security, cost efficiency, reliability, and adoption.
- Define target architectures, standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns for consistent platform consumption.
- Own authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity foundations across cloud and legacy environments.
- Own Microsoft 365 architecture, security configuration, and identity integration.
- Translate business needs into platform capabilities, standards, roadmap priorities, and clear stakeholder communications.
- Guide subject matter experts, review designs, drive technical decisions, and define cross-domain integration points.
- Define cost management practices and improve platform health across reliability, performance, cost, and adoption.
