Role Overview
Architect, design, and verify CMOS analog blocks for custom ASICs under stringent performance, area, power, and timeline constraints.
The work includes transmit, receive, phase-locked loop, and other high-precision analog circuits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-speed DDR I/O interfaces for signal integrity, noise immunity, and industry standards.
- Liaise between analog design and verification, validation, and test teams.
- Analyze silicon ATE and bench data against product specifications using Excel, MATLAB, and scripts.
- Collaborate with digital design engineers, systems engineers, and other stakeholders on component integration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct simulations and testing, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Create specifications, schematics, design reports, and other technical documentation.
- Propose innovative low-power circuit design solutions.
- Ensure designs meet EM, IR, and aging requirements.
- Ensure layouts meet high analog standards for matching and performance.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in electronics, microelectronics engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of analog circuit design experience.
