Role Overview
Drive technical vision and architect enterprise AI applications across multiple company initiatives.
Build secure, highly available, and cost-efficient AI solutions spanning LLMs, agents, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deliver, and maintain AI software applications and services.
- Own the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, documentation, and bug fixing.
- Establish AI architecture and technical vision across products.
- Lead cross-team initiatives with product and data science teams.
- Design RAG and agent workflows and optimize LLM integrations.
- Build multi-tenant, highly available systems with observability.
- Establish AI cost management, monitoring, and security standards.
- Guide teams on AI trends and best practices and communicate delivery strategy to stakeholders.
- Lead functional teams or projects, influence technical direction, and mentor teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of programming experience in a relevant language.
- Experience with React, Vue, or Angular and multiple backend languages such as Java, Node.js, or Go.
- Production-scale experience designing and shipping applications using LLMs or AI services.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding optimization, multiple LLM providers, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Technical team leadership, cross-team initiative leadership, and mentorship experience.
- Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure and advanced containerization such as EKS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, project, and documentation skills.
Desired Characteristics
- At least 15 years of full software development lifecycle experience is desired.
- Advanced enterprise RAG, semantic search, conversation memory, multimodal AI, model fine-tuning, and custom model deployment experience is desired.
- AI observability, cost optimization, performance monitoring, cross-organizational collaboration, and technology roadmap experience are desired.
