Role Overview

Workplace Policy

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HSE activities and maintain project HSE management system documentation.
• Run HSE awareness programs and apply hazard identification, risk assessment, and ALARP controls.
• Review control effectiveness, implement lessons learned, and support action tracking.
• Communicate HSE requirements and verify compliance through meetings, inspections, monitoring, and audits.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations and participate in compliance assurance activities.
• Support HSE objectives, policies, procedures, and specialist HAZID, HAZOP, HAZCON, ENVID, and QRA workshops.
