Role Overview
GEMS Education is seeking Primary Teachers to join the founding team at GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar in January 2027.
The school follows the National Curriculum for England and initially serves students from FS1 to Year 8.
Teachers will help establish the culture, curriculum, and future success of a new school community.

GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar is part of the GEMS Founders family and opened its doors in August 2026.
The school focuses on academic achievement, inclusion, wellbeing, character development, and future readiness.
The primary campus includes classrooms, STEAM labs, art and music rooms, sports facilities, and outdoor spaces.
The primary experience includes Arabic, Islamic Studies, and UAE Social Studies alongside the core curriculum.
