Sky Rose Contracting Company is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the pricing function, including preparation of technical and commercial proposals for government and private sector tenders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the tendering process from receipt of tender documents through final submission
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Supervise quantity take offs, material pricing, supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare project cost estimates and finalize technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Legal departments throughout the tendering process
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of ongoing tenders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supervising pricing/estimation teams
- Proven experience in government and private sector projects, including building construction, fit out works, and MEP projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD, MS Project and/or Primavera P6, and ERP systems

Position Overview
- Position Available: Pricing Manager
- Sky Rose Contracting Company is seeking to hire a Pricing Manager.
- To lead and manage the pricing function, including the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for government and private sector tenders, maximizing the company's chances of winning projects while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the tendering process from receipt of tender documents through final submission.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Supervise quantity take offs, material pricing, supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare project cost estimates and finalize technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Legal departments throughout the tendering process.

Required Qualifications
