- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, market conditions, and profitability targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and demand patterns to optimize pricing decisions
- Design, maintain, and enhance pricing models, discount structures, promotional pricing, and commercial policies
- Conduct profitability analysis, pricing simulations, financial modeling, and margin assessments to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, product, procurement, and executive leadership to align pricing strategies with business goals
- Evaluate pricing performance, revenue trends, gross margins, and pricing effectiveness using KPIs
- Develop pricing governance frameworks, approval processes, and pricing policies to ensure consistency and compliance
- Identify pricing risks and opportunities while recommending strategies to improve commercial performance and competitive positioning
- Utilize ERP systems, CRM platforms, pricing software, business intelligence tools, and advanced analytics to support pricing decisions
- Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications in Pricing, Finance, Business Analytics, Revenue Management, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, business analytics, or financial planning roles
- 2+ years of experience managing pricing strategies, commercial analysis, or profitability initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, financial modeling, cost analysis, profitability management, and market research
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, pricing management software, business intelligence tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data driven commercial decisions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
