About the Role
Muskaan Shipping LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Executive in Dubai to manage freight pricing, carrier negotiations, and customer quotations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive freight quotations for sea and land shipments
- Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, transport companies, and overseas agents
- Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets
- Respond promptly to RFQs from the sales team and customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Ensure all quotations meet company profitability targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics pricing
- Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and land transportation
- Experience working with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the UAE freight forwarding industry preferred
- Existing relationships with shipping lines and logistics partners preferred
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation preferred
