- Prepare, analyze, and maintain customer pricing proposals and tariffs across various logistics services.
- Collect and validate cost and operational data, build pricing models, and produce accurate quotes and tenders within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing reflects service capabilities, profitability targets, and market conditions.
- Monitor pricing performance, support margin analysis, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Support reporting, pricing governance, and the continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.
Requirements
- Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain pricing and costing models
- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or revenue management, ideally within logistics, supply chain, freight, or a related sector
- Ability to interpret operational and financial data, identify trends, and provide clear, data driven recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and present pricing proposals clearly
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple quotes, tenders, and deadlines
- Comfort working in a fast paced, commercially focused environment and making informed decisions under time pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with pricing or ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight, or distribution operations is highly beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Pricing Executive role based in Dubai.
- The Pricing Executive will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining customer pricing proposals and tariffs across various logistics services.
