- Build pricing strategies that improve win rates, revenue, and profitability

- Develop financial models, revenue forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses
- Translate complex commercial data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Create executive dashboards and strategic business review materials
- Automate pricing, forecasting, and reporting workflows
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to turn strategy into execution
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, financial modelling, business analytics, or corporate strategy
- Experience in fintech, payments, cross border payments, remittances, banking, or a transaction led business
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, revenue forecasting, and commercial economics
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- A track record of turning analysis into measurable commercial impact

Role Description
- The Pricing & Commercial Strategy Manager – FinTech & Payments is a full time, on site role based in Dubai or India.
- This role is responsible for designing and optimising pricing strategies, commercial frameworks, and decision processes for clients in the fintech and payments sectors.
- Day to day tasks include analysing client data to identify revenue and margin opportunities, developing and testing pricing models, and translating commercial strategy into operational decision rules.
- The manager collaborates closely with client stakeholders to understand their commercial challenges, facilitates workshops, and presents insights and recommendations.
- The role also involves working with cross functional teams at BuyFrame to ensure that proposed strategies can be embedded into clients’ Commercial Operating Systems.
