Job Purpose

  • Manage and prepare the business plan while maintaining a strong understanding of market dynamics and cost models. Lead pricing across all marketing offerings and deliver reporting on key commercial KPIs, with a strong focus on leveraging experience from 4G to 5G market transitions and applying advan

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct the design and execution of the pricing strategy for Asiacell, and manage pricing across all consumer offerings.
  • Ensure alignment of the pricing portfolio and propositions with business segments, and regularly review the portfolio and give recommendation to enhance.
  • Proactively develop innovative pricing initiatives by benchmarking regional and global best practices.
  • Timely delivery of business cases and with clear visibility of the right sensitivities for all planned and competitive response items and ensuring Finance alignment and approval.
  • Lead and manage the preparation of the 3 years business plan, models and forecasts for marketing and commercial; in coordination with B2C, B2B, Sales, Digital and other Commercial teams.
  • Provide Finance, Strategy and other internal/external audience with all inputs required for/from the business plan, forecasts from Commercial.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the business revenue and costs models.
  • Ensure development, alignment and execution of the marketing plans.
  • Navigate analytics and tell persuasive stories with hard facts & data insights.
  • Deliver reporting on all KPIs including budget and variance analysis, for core operation and performance areas of Asiacell such as consumer, commercial, network investments, segments, customer lifecycle, acquisition quality, products’ penetration and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in related field
  • Proven experience in markets that have undergone a transition from 4G to 5G, with a strong understanding of the commercial and pricing implications of such evolution.
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced micro pricing strategies and techniques.
  • Language: English (Arabic is a plus)
