Education and Experience Profile

Required Skills

• Strong quantitative skills, proficiency in statistical methods, and familiarity with pricing elasticity and profitability modeling.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning capability and experience: ability to see the big picture and connect pricing decision to broader business goals.
• Experience in pricing tools (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Python) and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Advanced user of PBI with the ability to build reports on given databases.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) with emphasis on Excel
• Demonstrated ability to influence pricing decisions and drive measurable results.
• Proven ability to present complex data insights and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to autonomously set your own goals, priorities, timelines, and measure successes, all in keeping with ASSA ABLOY strategic initiatives.
• Proven Project Management experience
• Business / Financial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team leader and team player who values the ideas and opinions of others and collects their input as part of decision-making process
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-assured and presents a positive image

Work Environment

Pay Range

• The expected salary range for this position is $72,300 to $114,000 per year. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in incentive, bonus, and benefit programs offered by ASSA ABLOY Residential Canada.
