Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing models for daily, weekly, monthly, and long term vehicle rental and leasing products
- Monitor and adjust rates based on market demand, fleet availability, seasonality, and business objectives
- Ensure pricing consistency across all sales channels and customer segments
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for corporate and retail customers
- Conduct regular competitor pricing analysis and benchmarking
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer demand patterns
- Analyse rental and leasing performance, utilization rates, and revenue metrics
- Evaluate profitability of products, contracts, and customer segments
- Recommend pricing adjustments to improve margins and fleet utilization
- Support preparation of pricing for corporate tenders, RFPs, and leasing contracts
- Generate regular pricing, revenue, and utilization reports
- Maintain accurate pricing databases and rate cards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analysis, fleet management, or car rental/leasing operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Financial Modelling)
- Experience with ERP, CRM, pricing, or fleet management systems
- Knowledge of revenue management and pricing principles
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills (Power BI preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Job Purpose
- The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing pricing strategies for vehicle rental and leasing products to maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analysis, fleet management, or car rental/leasing operations.
- Experience in the automotive, mobility, transportation, or leasing industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Financial Modelling).
