Technical and mechanical aptitude

Set up equipment and produce parts according to drawings and specified quality standards

Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
Perform in-process inspections, including verification and sign-off of first-off parts
Identify, report, and support resolution of non-conformance in materials and processes
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions; assist with preventative maintenance
Participate in process improvements, corrective actions, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support new product development activities
Operate additional presses or equipment as required
Carry out other duties as assigned, including supporting higher-priority production needs in other areas

Afternoon Shift, Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts - 3:30pm to 2:00am
