Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic President to lead AI Acquisition into its next phase of growth and innovation.
As President, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture that embodies our mission of revolutionizing AI-powered business growth.
You will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth, financial strength, and market leadership, while inspiring and supporting our global remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision to accelerate growth and establish AI Acquisition as a leader in the AI tools and marketing agency space.
- Lead and inspire a talented, fully remote team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and a strong company culture.
- Oversee all operational, financial, and business activities to ensure scalable and efficient processes.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing programs, establishing new initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Maintain close relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to support funding and growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all aspects of the business.
- Represent AI Acquisition at industry events, conferences, and in media, enhancing the company’s brand and market presence.
Success Metrics
- Achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets in line with the company’s growth trajectory.
- Maintaining high employee engagement and retention in a remote work environment.
- Successful launch and scaling of new products or services that generate significant impact and revenue.
- Strengthening brand recognition and market position within the AI and marketing sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in high-growth education businesses, SaaS, tech, marketing, or AI-focused companies.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-growth startups or scale-ups, especially with remote teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to execute vision effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, marketing agencies, online education companies, and SaaS business models.
- Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and investor relations.
