Role Description

  • We are seeking a full time, on site Preschool Teacher to join our team in Jeddah.
  • The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development, academic growth, and social emotional learning.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Guiding children through both structured and play based learning experiences.
  • Supporting children’s self help, communication, and social development.
  • Monitoring student progress and overall well being.
  • Communicating regularly with families regarding student development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning and classroom activities.
  • Participating in school events, training, and professional development.
  • Maintaining classroom organization while following health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool, or Kindergarten settings.
  • Preferably Saudi citizens, or candidates married to a Saudi and eligible under Ajeer.
  • Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
  • Strong classroom management skills for working with young children.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to child safeguarding.
  • Previous experience in a preschool or international school setting is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
