Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development, academic growth, and social emotional learning
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through both structured and play based learning experiences
- Support children’s self help, communication, and social development
- Monitor student progress and overall well being
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and classroom activities
- Participate in school events, training, and professional development
- Maintain classroom organization while following health, safety, and safeguarding policies
Requirements
- Experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool, or Kindergarten settings
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Excellent communication skills when working with children, families, and colleagues
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management skills for working with young children
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to child safeguarding
- Fluency in English is required

Role Description
- We are seeking a full time, on site Preschool Teacher to join our team in Jeddah.
- The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development, academic growth, and social emotional learning.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Guiding children through both structured and play based learning experiences.
- Supporting children’s self help, communication, and social development.
- Monitoring student progress and overall well being.
- Communicating regularly with families regarding student development.
- Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning and classroom activities.
- Participating in school events, training, and professional development.
- Maintaining classroom organization while following health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool, or Kindergarten settings.
- Preferably Saudi citizens, or candidates married to a Saudi and eligible under Ajeer.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills when working with children, families, and colleagues.
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
- Strong classroom management skills for working with young children.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to child safeguarding.
- Previous experience in a preschool or international school setting is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
