About the Role
iFLYTEK seeks a Presales Technical Manager to drive smart home solutions in Abu Dhabi. You will capture customer needs, develop presales materials, manage channel partners, and conduct market analysis.

- Capture customer needs and coordinate with product and R&D teams to prepare presales materials and customized solutions
- Analyze industry and channel trends to formulate channel strategies and support channel partners
- Conduct localized channel enablement to enhance partners' service capabilities
- Track industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and share insights with sales and product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
- 5+ years of overseas sales experience
- 3+ years in local/regional operational management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen market sensing ability
- Background in security systems or smart home products preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Requirement & Solution Development: Accurately capture customer needs, coordinate with product and R&D teams, and prepare presales materials and customized solutions.
- Channel Management & Business Development: Analyze industry and channel trends, formulate channel strategies, provide multidimensional support to channel partners, and expand channel resources.
- Training & Enablement: Explore customer needs and pain points, consider regional market characteristics, and conduct localized channel enablement.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Track industry trends, conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking, and share insights with sales and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Linguistics, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of overseas sales experience, including 3+ years in local/regional operational management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; keen market sensing ability; solid problem solving and adaptability.
- Background and technical experience in security systems or smart home products preferred.
- Highly goal oriented with strong self motivation.
