Satin Audio Visual Systems LLC is seeking an AV Presales Engineer to join its Dubai team.
The role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The engineer will design and support audio-visual, CCTV, and IT solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and translate requirements into tailored AV, CCTV, and IT solutions.
- Select and integrate AV equipment, control systems, and related components to meet project specifications.
- Work with the sales team to develop detailed and persuasive proposals.
- Explain technical details and value propositions to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations when needed.
- Deliver presentations and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain system diagrams, specifications, proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards and industry best practices.
- Document client communications through email or signed documentation.
- Give equal priority to client relationships regardless of project size or sales-team involvement.
Basic Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar AV Presales Engineer role.
- Proficient understanding of leading audio-visual brands and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent qualification.
Compensation and Benefits
- The salary is AED 3,000–6,000 per month with performance-based commissions.
- Health insurance is provided.
