Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled

Presales Specialist

to join our team in Riyadh.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work closely with both sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support the sales cycle through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop customized client solutions.
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses and technical documentation preparation.
  • Conduct client meetings to explain products, services, and technical capabilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required.
  • Assist in solution architecture, sizing, and project estimations.
  • Provide technical consultation throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Presales, Technical Sales, or Solution Consulting.
  • Strong technical background in one or more of the following:
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Software Solutions
  • Cloud Technologies
  • Networking
  • Cybersecurity

• Digital Transformation Solutions

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
