Presales Engineer

We’re Hiring: ICT & Data Center Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales / Design / Estimation)

Tunsi Technology Co. (TTC) is looking for a highly experienced ICT & Data Center Solutions Engineer to join our engineering team.

We are a leading infrastructure integrator in Saudi Arabia, specializing in Data Center, ICT, networking, and integrated physical security solutions.

This is a technical role for someone capable of designing, estimating, and leading complete infrastructure solutions not just preparing quotations.

🔹 Role Overview:

You will be responsible for designing and delivering complete Data Center and ICT infrastructure solutions including power, cooling, networking, cabling, and low current systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1.

Analyze RFQs / RFPs and convert them into complete technical and commercial solutions

2.

Design full Data Center & ICT infrastructure solutions

3.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimation, and technical proposals

4.

Design and size critical infrastructure systems including:

5.

UPS systems & power distribution

6.

Data Center cooling systems

7.

Racks & containment solutions

8.

Structured cabling

9.

Coordinate with procurement team for vendor pricing

10.

Support sales team in technical client discussions

11.

Collaborate with project team to ensure execution feasibility

12.

Perform vendor comparison and value engineering

13.

Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices

🔹 Required Experience:

1.

Minimum 3 years in ICT / Data Center / Solution Design

2.

Proven experience in project estimation and end-to-end solution delivery

3.

Hands-on experience in real infrastructure projects (not theoretical only)

4.

Ability to design integrated multi-technology solutions

5.

Strong understanding of Data Center environments

6.

Experience working with vendors and distributors (Vendors & Distributors)

1.

Deep understanding of ICT infrastructure and Data Center solutions

2.

Familiarity with systems such as power, cooling, networking, cabling, and security systems

3.

Ability to work on integrated multi-system solutions

🔹 Certifications:

Relevant professional certifications in Data Center, networking, or infrastructure are preferred (not mandatory)

🔹 Soft Skills:

1.

Strong coordination with Procurement, Sales, and Project teams

2.

Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions

3.

Strong commercial awareness (cost vs performance vs value)

4.

Excellent documentation and presentation skills

5.

Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously

6.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
