Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Conduct site visits and attend pre bid meetings when required
- Prepare BOQs, material take offs, cost estimates, quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions
- Develop technically compliant and cost effective Interior Fit Out and ELV solutions
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets
- Support the Sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Maintain updated pricing, product, and vendor databases
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Presales, Estimation, or Technical Sales
- Strong knowledge of Interior Fit Out and ELV Systems
- Experience preparing BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation
- Ability to read architectural, interior, MEP, and ELV drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
