Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Design tailored networking solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals and bills of materials
- Respond to technical inquiries
- Participate in customer meetings
- Support proof of concept and pilot deployments
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs
- Assist with integration planning
- Provide limited technical support during the presales cycle
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Lanmus Networks’ product portfolio, networking standards, and security best practices
Requirements
- Strong presales and sales skills, including solution design, proposal development, and customer facing communication
- Solid technical support and integration skills
- Foundational security knowledge related to networking
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (beneficial)
- Experience with networking technologies (routing, switching, Wi Fi, SD WAN) and certifications (CCNA, CCNP) is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Prior experience in a presales or customer facing technical role in networking or IT infrastructure domain preferred
