About The Kernel

  • The Kernel is a distributor of cyber security products and services, specializing in trust solutions, identity management, PKI, password less and MFA.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored identity and cybersecurity solutions
  • Assess customer environments and security posture to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Create solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, pricing, and statements of work

Customer Engagement & Demonstrations

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for enterprise and government prospects
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their evolving security challenges
  • Provide pre sales technical support — fielding inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving technical questions

Proof of Concept & Delivery

  • Design, execute, and manage POCs that demonstrate solution effectiveness in the customer's environment
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery

Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Train sales teams and channel partners on product capabilities, technical positioning, and value propositions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Create and update sales collateral — data sheets, case studies, competitive analyses, and presentations

Market Intelligence

  • Stay current with cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and emerging threats
  • Monitor competitor offerings and provide actionable insights on differentiation and positioning

Skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, information technology, computer science (or equivalent work experience)
  • Analytical and research skills and ability to learn new concepts and technologies
  • Ability to manage sysadmin type tasks in Windows, Linux and Mac environments
  • Experience in enterprise software or IT solutions
  • Prior pre sales experience in IT/cyber security industry (2 years minimum)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, especially around training and knowledge transfer
  • Eager to learn with ability to develop technical product knowledge and understand competitive landscape
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing strategies or market conditions
