Role Overview
Provide technical presales support for data center, MEP, and critical infrastructure solutions.
Develop technically compliant solutions based on customer requirements.
Solution Development
- Review designs, specifications, and architectures.
- Prepare bills of materials and technical proposals.
- Provide technical clarifications throughout the presales cycle.
Customer and Bid Support
- Conduct customer presentations, technical demonstrations, workshops, and site surveys.
- Support RFP and RFQ responses, pilots, and proofs of concept.
Collaboration and Enablement
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, vendors, and partners to develop solutions.
- Enable partners through technical briefings and solution training.
Requirements
- Understand customer requirements and develop technically compliant data center, MEP, and critical infrastructure solutions.
- Review designs, specifications, and architectures and prepare accurate bills of materials and technical proposals.
