A globally recognized PropTech innovator in Dubai is hiring a Presales Consultant to support sales cycles across the GCC. The role involves delivering product demonstrations, advising customers, and collaborating with sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations to prospects and clients
- Partner with the sales team to articulate value propositions and support deal strategy
- Advise customers on best practice utilisation of the platform
- Maintain and optimise demo environments and sales applications
- Support RFP and RFI responses as required
- Create and refine sales tools, demo scripts, and enablement materials
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and marketing teams
- Accurately maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts
- Represent the business at marketing events and industry engagements
- Continuously build product expertise and maintain relevant certifications
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual objectives
Requirements
- 3/4+ years’ experience in software sales, solutions consulting or another presales role
- Fluent in Arabic
- Based in Dubai already
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Confidence engaging C suite and senior stakeholders
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to translate complexity into value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Background in Cloud ERP, PropTech, or adjacent SaaS environments (preferred)
- Exposure to real estate or commercial accommodation (preferred)

The Opportunity
- N8 continue their recruitment partnership with another globally recognised and rapidly scaling PropTech innovator, based in Dubai.
- They're experiencing sustained growth across the GCC region... and they're now looking to hire a Presales Consultant to strengthen their commercial function across the region.
- This is a high impact presales role, ideal for a commercially minded product expert who enjoys partnering closely with sales teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
- You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and revenue, playing a critical role in winning new business and shaping customer outcomes.
- Candidates applying must speak fluent Arabic.
The Role

- We’re looking for a driven, credible presales professional who thrives in a fast paced, client facing environment, from SaaS.. but ideally from PropTech.
- 3/4+ years’ experience in software sales, solutions consulting or another presales role
- Background in Cloud ERP, PropTech, or adjacent SaaS environments
- Exposure to real estate or commercial accommodation
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
