The Opportunity

  • N8 continue their recruitment partnership with another globally recognised and rapidly scaling PropTech innovator, based in Dubai.
  • They're experiencing sustained growth across the GCC region... and they're now looking to hire a Presales Consultant to strengthen their commercial function across the region.
  • This is a high impact presales role, ideal for a commercially minded product expert who enjoys partnering closely with sales teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and revenue, playing a critical role in winning new business and shaping customer outcomes.
  • Candidates applying must speak fluent Arabic.

The Role

  • Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations to prospects and clients
  • Partner with the sales team to articulate value propositions and support deal strategy
  • Advise customers on best practice utilisation of the platform
  • Maintain and optimise demo environments and sales applications
  • Support RFP and RFI responses as required
  • Create and refine sales tools, demo scripts, and enablement materials
  • Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Accurately maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts
  • Represent the business at marketing events and industry engagements
  • Continuously build product expertise and maintain relevant certifications
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual objectives

About You

  • We’re looking for a driven, credible presales professional who thrives in a fast paced, client facing environment, from SaaS.. but ideally from PropTech.
  • 3/4+ years’ experience in software sales, solutions consulting or another presales role
  • Background in Cloud ERP, PropTech, or adjacent SaaS environments
  • Exposure to real estate or commercial accommodation
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Confidence engaging C suite and senior stakeholders
  • Solid technical aptitude with the ability to translate complexity into value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Arabic
