What you will do
- Lead consultative AI and data analytics presales engagements from problem discovery through solution definition and technical validation.
- Understand customer objectives, data challenges, and AI maturity with business and technical stakeholders.
- Advise customers on AI use cases, prioritization, adoption roadmaps, and measurable business value.
- Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept aligned with customer priorities.
- Support complex sales cycles through RFPs, RFIs, and executive-level discussions.
- Communicate AI and analytics concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams on deal strategy and transition to delivery.
- Develop expertise in AI offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
- At least seven years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, AI or data analytics consulting, or a similar senior customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of AI and advanced analytics concepts, including LLMs, NLP, RAG, and model lifecycle considerations.
- Experience advising customers on AI strategy, use-case definition, and solution approaches throughout complex sales cycles.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, executives, and technical leadership.
- Experience leading RFP and RFI responses and contributing to solution design, technical narratives, and value propositions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Delivery teams.
- Arabic language is required.
Preferred qualification
- A master's degree is a plus.
